Policies & Procedures

All parents and visitors are to use the center doors in the front of the building.  There is a call box for visitors located near the right side of the entry. Visitors must report to the office immediately upon entering the building.

If you need to talk to a teacher, call the office at 504-837-5370 to leave a message with Ms. Laurie or send an email (email addresses are available at this link).   

Please remember to pick up and drop off your students at the Severn gate. People will be at the front gate to meet pre-k, kindergarten, and special needs students.

Do not block the parking lot gates at any time.
