Volunteer Opportunities
Research shows that parental involvement in school boosts student performance and confidence. Whether you volunteer every day, meet once a month with the PTO, or attend school family functions, your presence is valuable to us. Please see below for PTO information and parent volunteer opportunities. This page will continuously be updated so please check back frequently. Moscona PTO
Your PTO is organized to provide a forum for parents and teachers to share their thoughts and talents to benefit the students’ success.
If any parent is interested in volunteering at Moscona during school hours, please contact the Office at 837-5370. We are looking for volunteers in the library, cafeteria, snack sales, and for PBIS Reward Days.
Ways To Get Involved:
The PTO needs you- You will get more out of lending your talents, than what you put into it. You will be rewarded with making relationships with fellow parents that live in the area & teachers. These relationships will last a lifetime. Consider 3 ways to get involved with your Moscona PTO.
- Board Member- Being engaged in planning events all year long. The board members listed below are serving for the 21-22 and 22-23 school years.
- Committee Member- leading a committee focused on what you enjoy. Beautification: Painting of Gardening? Teacher Appreciation? Thrift Sale? Career Night possibly?
- Event Volunteer- one time volunteering to give it a try.

JP Schools Adopt-A-School Program
We exist to provide the education that students deserve to succeed in life and make our world a better place. The goal of the Adopt-A-School Program is to ensure students are prepared to become valuable members of a global society through the support of community partners. Your interest in becoming a partner for one or more of our schools is appreciated and needed. Please complete the application below to join us in supporting this important work.
